An Evisceration line consists of several machines, each performing a specific operation. Examples are: Vent cutter, Vent opener, eviscerator, cropper, neck cracker, inside outside washer.

After the birds have gone through the evisceration section, you can inspect the quality of the birds & further process organs such as the livers & gizzards.
