Hock cutter

Brand new automatic Hock cutter to be integrated inline with overhead conveyor.

While the bird is being transported on an overhead conveyor, the hock cutter provides a precise cut-off of the hock. The ankle joint is sliced shortly before a revolving knife bends the hocks with a shackle guide in place. It can be used for different bird types and weight ranges.
