The Neck cutter is offered with one circular blade to automatically cut veins and arteries on one side of the neck while trachea and oesophagus remain intact. The infeed guide rail slightly turns each head and positions the neck correctly before cutting in order to achieve optimum cutting performance. The machine can easily be height adjusted on a hand-operated shaft according to the processed flock size.
