Heavy Duty Disc Drier heated surface 200m2 SS

With a Heavy Duty Disc Drier heated surface you can remove water as much as possible. Like poultry by-products with a low fat contant.

It is constructed of all stainless steel contact parts with discs, 9mm thickness and inner shell, 12 mm thickness. It did not run for many years as the company went into liquidation a few years after it was installed and as such it is in very good condition with very little wear.

Before dispatch, the machine will undergo the following:

• Full clean up of the machine
• Repairment of the lagging
• Fit a drive assembly
• Fit of a rotary steam joint
• Pressure testing of the rotor
• Test run of the drier, which can be witnessed, once assembled and prior to transport
